AIVO Agent Ops · Watch

Your AI agents need a supervisor.

Agents get most things right most of the time. The rare mistakes are the expensive ones. AIVO Operators review what your agents do, catch errors before your customers do, and handle what agents can't.

What your Operators do

The human layer your agents are missing

Daily review

Operators read your agents' conversations and outputs every day and score them for accuracy.

Exception handling

When an agent gets stuck or hands off, a person picks it up and finishes the job.

Escalation

Anything risky or sensitive goes to the right person on your team, with the context attached.

Retraining notes

Patterns in the mistakes become specific fixes for your agents' instructions and knowledge.

How it starts

Prove it first with a 30-day pilot

Step 1 · Pilot

$5,000

Thirty days. We audit every agent you run, measure how accurate each one is today, and hand you a baseline quality scorecard you keep either way.

Step 2 · Ongoing

$3,000/mo + from $400 per agent

Daily supervision against three written targets. 3-month minimum after the pilot.

What counts as one agent: one AI system with its own instructions and job, such as a support bot or a scheduling assistant.

Three targets, in writing

  • Escalations handled within 4 business hours
  • Agent conversations reviewed every day
  • A monthly accuracy scorecard for every agent

Each missed target earns a 10% credit on that month's fee, up to 30%.

Know how accurate your agents really are.

In 30 days you'll have a full audit and a baseline scorecard, whether or not you continue.
