Every target we commit to
10% credit per missed target, per month, up to 30% of that month's fee. Total credits are capped at one month's fee per contract year.

What happens when my Operator is out?
A backup Operator trained on your playbook covers any absence, so the work doesn't wait.
How do credits work?
Each missed target earns a 10% credit on that month's fee, up to 30%. Credits are applied to your next invoice and capped at one month's fee per contract year.
What if a target slips because we're waiting on you?
Targets pause while we're waiting on you. The clock restarts once we have what we need.
Can I cancel?
Every plan has a 3-month minimum. After that, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
